Not a colour scheme and a mood board. One idea, taken from the first conversation, and then built into every surface your guests will see — the arrival, the ceremony, the tables, the light after dinner.
What I design
A wedding falls apart visually when each supplier follows their own taste. My job is to make sure none of them do.
Where you stand, what’s behind you, and what the first thing your guests see looks like.
Linen, china, glass, cutlery, place cards and menus. The surface people spend four hours looking at.
Briefed to the florist as part of the project, not chosen from a catalogue two weeks before.
The most underestimated decision of the whole day, and the one that changes the evening completely.
Save the dates, invitations, signage, menus and favours — one family, from first envelope to last.
Arrival, aperitivo, dinner, dancing: how each space hands over to the next without anyone noticing.
How it comes about
You don’t need to arrive with references. Most couples describe a feeling, and that’s enough to start from.
01
We talk about the place, the season, the two of you and what you can’t stand. One idea comes out of it — usually a sentence, not an image.
02
Drawings, palette, materials, samples and a visual brief for every supplier involved. You approve it before anything is ordered.
03
I’m there while it’s built, the day before and the morning of. What was on paper is what you walk into.
Investment
From €2,500
Design fee. Flowers, rentals, printing and anything built for the day sit in your own budget.
How much is built rather than hired, how many separate spaces the day moves through, and whether the venue arrives empty or already has a character to work with. A bare masseria and a furnished palazzo ask for very different amounts of work.
If I’m already planning your wedding, design is folded into that fee rather than charged twice. Most couples take both, and the two are easier to do well together.
How pricing worksFrom a couple
She understood me from day one. Our wedding had to be different, and she pulled it off completely.
