Full planning

You have a date, or not even that yet. From here on it’s the two of us: I find the place, build the team, keep the budget honest and hold the whole thing together until the last guest leaves.

Timeline

12–18 months

Best for

Every part of it

What’s included

Everything below, adjusted to what you actually need.

Some couples want all of it. Others already have the venue, or a photographer they love. Nothing here is compulsory.

01

Venue search

Shortlist, site visits, negotiation and contracts — including places that never appear online.

02

Budget planning

A working document from week one, updated as we go. You always know where the money is.

03

Suppliers

Photographer, florist, catering, music, hair and make-up, transport. Chosen for you, briefed and managed.

04

Design and styling

The wedding project: scenography, tables, flowers, light and paper, all from one idea.

05

Ceremony

Religious, civil or symbolic — paperwork, celebrant, timings and the setting itself.

06

Guest logistics

Stays, transfers, welcome bags and what your guests do with the days around the wedding.

07

Stationery

Save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards and favours, designed as one family.

08

The day itself

Timeline, supplier briefing, set-up supervision and direction from the morning to the last dance.

How it works

Four stages, spread over a year and a half.

Roughly. Some couples come to me eight months out and we compress it; nothing here is a rule.

Month 1

We talk

A long first conversation. No brief needed — I ask the questions. By the end we both know whether this is a good fit.

Months 2–4

Place and project

The venue, the date, the budget and the wedding project: one document that everything afterwards refers back to.

Months 5–15

Building it

Suppliers, design, tastings, fittings, stationery, guest logistics. You decide; I bring you the options worth deciding between.

Final month

The day

Timeline, briefings, rehearsal, set-up. On the day I’m there from the morning, and you are a guest at your own wedding.

Investment

From €3,500

Fee for the planning service. Suppliers, venue and everything else sit in your own budget.

What moves the figure.

Guest numbers, how far the venue is, how many suppliers we coordinate and how much of the design is built from scratch. A hundred people in a Sicilian courtyard and three hundred across a weekend abroad are two different jobs.

You get a written quote after the first conversation, with the fee and an honest estimate of the whole budget. No percentages of what you spend, and nothing added quietly along the way.

How pricing works

From a couple

She was beside me at every moment, constantly — something not every wedding planner does. I never once felt alone.
